Đorđe Grujović

Đorđe Grujović · Serbia

You do not need a CTO to find out if 10 people will pay.

I build the product for founders who cannot build it themselves. Ten weeks, fixed price, handed over working. I shipped my own first.

Capitaale went live.

My own SaaS. Paying customers. Founder, product manager and engineer were one person.

10 years

Building software.

Eight of them running my own agency. Partner in a software company in Slovenia.

2 builds

At a time.

Two at a time is how the work stays mine. Ask on the call when the next slot opens.

01 · What I think

Most good product ideas die in the gap between having one and being able to build one. I close that gap for people who cannot close it themselves.

I write down what actually happened, including the parts that went badly. The polished version teaches nobody.

The trick is not the tools. It is the rules I write down before I use them. That is how one person ships at this speed.

02 · Proof

I shipped my own first.

Capitaale

A finance product for freelancers and small companies in Serbia. Live since 17 May 2026, with paying customers. One person was the founder, the product manager and the engineer.

03 · Method

I did not audit the website.

Đorđe Grujović working at a desk by a window

A friend’s product business brought me in for marketing. Two agencies had worked on it before me. I did not open the website. I asked what every product costs to make, what shipping and packaging take out, and what the owners’ hours are worth.

The advertising had never been the problem. The products being advertised could not have paid for advertising at any level of performance.

The client stays unnamed on purpose. Method visible, client invisible.

04 · How it works

Audit. Plan. Build.

  1. 1

    Free product audit

    30 minutesFree

We go through what you are building, who it is for, and the smallest useful version. You leave with a plan you can give to any developer.

  2. 2

    Scoping sprint

    2 weeks€2,000, credited

Specification, architecture, screen designs and a real estimate. Optional. If you go ahead, the fee comes off the build.

  3. 3

    The build

    10 weeks€15,000, fixed

I build the product and hand it to you working. Then €400 a month to keep it running.

05 · Working together

Ten weeks. One fixed price.

If we decide to go ahead, here is how it works. You already have the idea. I take care of everything else and hand you a working product. €15,000, fixed, so there is nothing to renegotiate halfway.

Need only a website? That is 13Venture. A project that needs a whole team? That is Yunovate.

Payment

In three parts, so neither of us carries all the risk.

30% to start, 30% at the midpoint, 40% on delivery. After that, €400 a month keeps it running and keeps it changing: hosting, monitoring, and the work itself. A new page, a redesign of one you have, a feature you only thought of after launch. Not a support plan with a list of what does not count. My own product has been live since May, and the months since launch were not the ones I had planned. That is what the monthly is for.

My side of the deal

If I miss the delivery date, you do not pay the final invoice.

Fair is fair, so two things. The clock pauses while I am waiting on you for content, decisions or access. And if the scope changes, the date moves with it, agreed in writing first.

I only take two builds at a time. If timing matters, ask on the call when the next slot opens.

06 · Not for everyone

This is not for you if

  • You want an hourly developer to direct. I build the product, I do not staff your team.

  • You need it next week. Ten weeks is ten weeks, and I will not quote a date I cannot hold.

  • You want a no-code prototype. I ship real software that you own.

  • You are shopping on price alone. There is one price, it is fixed, and it is not the lowest you will find.

  • You cannot answer when I ask. The date only holds if decisions come back on time.

07 · The free audit

A working session. Not a sales call.

If you have a product idea and do not know what the next step is, I will look at it with you for free.

We go through what you are building, who it is for, what the smallest useful version looks like, and what it realistically takes to get it in front of people.

You leave with a plan you can give to any developer. Including one who is not me.

If it turns out you do not need me, I will tell you so on the call.
