Finance for freelancers and small companies in Serbia. My own product. I shipped it alone and people pay for it.

The situation
I built it for myself. I was the first customer.
Before Capitaale I ran my agency finances the way most freelancers here do. It worked until it did not.

I did not hire. I did not wait for a designer. I did not validate first.

What happened
Live. Paying customers. Not at 1K yet.
Capitaale went live on 17 May 2026 and has paying customers. Beyond that, I publish the number when it is one worth publishing.

What I would do differently
Find ten people who would pay before writing the first line.
You do not need a CTO to find out whether ten people will pay you. I built the product first and asked second. It cost me months.
